What do I do when Mom’s money runs out?
Prior to move in we will conduct a financial review to determine if the level of private resources are limited such that alternative payment plans or sources, including negotiated private rates and/or conversion to a Medicaid reimbursement program, need to be considered. We will commit to a financial plan that works for all parties so there are no financial surprises in the future.

What types of activities do you have?
We tailor daily activities for the residents based upon their individual needs and abilities.

Do you have nursing services?
We will have licensed nurses on duty 5 days per week and available by phone for emergencies after normal business hours.

How do I get mom to the doctor?
If mom is unable to travel to a doctor’s office, we will have a physician who comes to the facility once a week.

How can we be sure our loved one will be safe and will not leave the building unsupervised?
The Cottage design and our round the clock staffing enable us to close monitor our residents at all times. The Cottages are purposely designed to closely monitor our residents at all times. Each Cottage main door exits into a secured interior courtyard.
