faq1What do I do when Mom’s money runs out?
Prior to Mom/Dad moving into our Community, we will conduct a financial review to determine if the level of private resources are limited such that alternative payment plans or sources, including negotiated private rates and/or conversion to a Medicaid reimbursement program, need to be considered.  We will commit to a financial plan that works for all parties and so that there are no future surprises.

faq2What types of activities do you have?
We tailor daily activities for the residents based upon their individual needs and abilities.

Do you have nursing services?
We have licensed nurses on duty 7 days per week and available by phone for emergencies after normal business hours.

How do I get mom to the doctor?
Our nurse will make arrangements through paratransit which is paid for by the
State. If mom is unable to travel to a doctor’s office, we have a nurse practionerfaq4
who comes to the facility once a month.

How can we be sure Mom/Dad will be safe and will not leave the
building unsupervised?

The Cottage design and our round the clock staffing enable us to closely monitor our residents at all times. Additionally, each Cottage main door exits into a
