The nursing department at Vineyard Park maintains private and confidential medical records for each resident that includes medical history, physician orders, our care assessments and care plans. These records are kept secure and confidential at all times.

Yes, our assisted living services are provided by our care team of licensed caregivers and nurses with RN oversight.

We have nursing staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with licensed nurses on site and on call in case of emergency.

The rental of the apartment, all utilities except phone and cable, 3 meals per day, housekeeping and laundry service, transportation, and activity programs.

Our activity director has designed a program to fit a diversity of interests. We also ask for social assessment for your loved one to help us design a program that help them get actively involved in their new home.

We have a van on-site to transport residents to doctors’ appointments as coordinated with the front desk.

Residents can come and go from the building as long as they sign in and out so we have an awareness of them in case of emergency.

We have a contract with the Medicaid program and we do not limit the number of Medicaid eligible residents in our facility. Residents can roll over onto Medicaid once they have met their agreed-up spend down and have approval from DSHS.
