Vineyard Park at South Hill’s assisted living options offer personalized assistance, supportive services and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed, retirement community setting. It’s the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don’t need 24-hour, complex medical supervision.
Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care.
About Our Community
Situated on the historic Moran Prairie deep on the South Hill, at 57th between Regal and Freya and close to dining and shopping is Vineyard Park of South Hill. We have three distinct areas in our community—in the tower, we have 82 apartments, focusing on Independent and light Assisted Living. On the south end of our community, we have 35 studio apartments, offering a higher level of assisted living, and adjacent to that, our specialized memory care wing, with 14 private rooms.
Care Available
Senior Living at Vineyard Park at South Hill starts with fully Independent Living, and can graduate from there to light assisted living, heavier assisted living and memory care, as well. We have 2 RNs on staff that supervise our care staff and care for our residents. Our 24/7 Certified care staff are here to care for your loved one each and every day. Each Caregiver maintains continuous training to provide a top level of care. We offer a geriatrics nurse practitioner who comes to our community to see residents in their care. Mobile dental, audiologists, mobile labs, X-ray, as well as mental health and physical therapy are welcome in our building to see their patients.
Community Amenities
Amenities include three meals a day, transportation, a vibrant activities program, many common areas–an activity room, puzzle room, private dining room, billiard room with a full kitchen, theater, exercise room and library. We offer 24 hr staffing, free wi-fi, housekeeping and several laundry options.
