About Our Community
Tucked away in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood, the Cottages of Lynnwood offers assisted and independent living as well as secure memory care. The community accepts private pay and long-term care insurance and offers a spend-down to Medicaid.
Care Available
The picturesque setting provides a calm, serene environment surrounded by walking paths and clean landscaping. The community is composed of multiple cottages, each housing ten to twelve residents. Every cottage has its own dining room and large, cozy living room. The community provides three meals per day prepared by our professional cooks and kitchen staff. Housekeeping service is included, and laundry service is available. The community offers an activities program as well as a resident garden. Residents are welcome to use our Wi-Fi internet at no charge and cable TV is available in every room. The community is located just a short driving distance from the Lynnwood Senior Center, shopping at Alderwood mall, and Interstate 5.
Community Amenities
Cottages of Lynnwood provides the perfect environment for residents needing closer supervision, in a smaller environment. Residents have the opportunity to take a stroll outside in the beautiful, serene courtyard, do some gardening and meet new friends in the other cottages!
