I wanted to write to you about your Executive Director Jeff Roberts from the Cottages at Marysville. Mr. Roberts is an ally in the field of geriatrics. I have known Mr. Roberts since my days at Providence, prior to starting my own private practice. He is a wealth of knowledge, comforting to be around, and truly an advocate to the residents. He is professional, courteous, and an asset to your organization. It is unfortunate that I often see many EDs from other ALs leave their respective communities. Mr. Roberts on the other hand, has remained dedicated and loyal to the Marysville Cottages residents that I thought a letter to his manager was overdue. In our line of work, it is common to hear about what we have done WRONG, and it is rare to ever be acknowledged for the RIGHT or good things that we do. Hence, I just wanted to write this letter to you, to share what I have experienced working with Mr. Roberts. He is a great leader and one that I look up to.
