Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
*Accurate and dependable documentation of resident services
*Effective and timely communication with nursing, administration
*Compliance with all Washington State Assisted Living regulations and CarePartners Management Group policies and procedures.
*Active Washington State NAC/HCA license in good standing (students currently enrolled in NAC/HCA course or previous employment as NAR may be considered at Administrator’s discretion)
*Must be able to pass Washington State Fingerprint background check.
*Must be responsible, reliable, patient, and dependable with good attendance
*Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English
*Prefer candidates with Mental Health, Dementia, First Aid/CPR, Food Handler’s, Safety/Orientation certificates but willing to assist otherwise qualified candidates with obtaining necessary training.
*Prefer candidates with senior care experience but are willing to train the right person
