Jeff,

I am sorry I have missed you the last few times I have been by to see Dad.  I have been coming by in the evenings or on weekends and you are usually gone for the day.  As the year closes out I wanted to thank you and the staff for the great care you have provided to my father.  I also want to thank you for the kindness you have shown to my mother who comes by almost every day to visit and care for my father.  I appreciate on those cold and dark nights when you have a staff member assist my mother back to her car.  We had a nice Christmas and Dad was able to join us on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Thank you again for all that you do for my parents.  Happy New Year.

Best,

Robert Dobler

Hi Jeff and entire staff,

I want to thank all of you for the fantastic care you provide for each of your residents, especially Janet Munro.  I tried to prepare myself for a rough transition when the time came to find memory care housing for Janet.  All of my fears were unfounded.  She has blossomed at the cottages and is doing much better than when she was at home.

It has been a blessing to find such a quality community such as The Cottages.

Gratefully,

Laurie Miller

We would like to thank the staff and all of the nice people at The Cottages who helped our father Vern Fitch as he endured and completed the final journey of his life.

Your kindness and understanding along with the great care that was given to our dad that was given to our dad will never be forgotten. My sister and myself would like all of the cottages employees to know that you are among the very nicest people we have had the pleasure to know. And finally, it has been a very sad and emotional journey for my sister and I, which was made much better by all of you.

Thank you all so much.    Rick Fitch & Joan Klepper

Mom has stayed at one of your community units for over a year. She has flourished. The difficult patient at other care facilities before we found yours is a different person under your care. No, she does not have her memory back, but she has something important with memory loss, people that care for her that understand and treat her with gentleness and dignity. Thank you staff at The Cottages at Marysville for taking care of our mother the way we hoped she would be taken care of with this disease.

To the staff of the Cottages,

Mu husband Dick has been a resident at The Cottages since July 2013. This Friday, after 6 and a half months with you I will be bringing him home. This is a day I never dreamed would happen. As you probably recall when Dick arrived he was in very serious condition. He had just been released from the hospital, he was unable to walk and in a wheelchair. He was unable to care for his basic needs and quite angry at being there. Your patients and loving care has made this possible. Each and every staff member has been cheerful, patient and understanding, resulting in steady progress. You do an incredible job. Dick is very excited to be coming home. I would strongly recommend The Cottages to anyone who’s loved one needs this specialized care. I cannot thank you enough. You all have a special place in my heart. God blessed Dick and me by placing you there when we were in need.
